And here’s the thing: whatever you order will be delightful and delicious, and will demonstrate culinary exactitude and instinct, the work of a dynamic couple who really know their stuff. On any given day, you sit outside the truck at a picnic table, staring down the mouth of Ireland’s only fjord, and you thank your lucky stars that you are in Connemara, eating cooking of such simple excellence. You might call it Fjord Food but, really, what you get at Misunderstood Heron is simply Fantastic Food.
