Ciaran and Melanie Breslin have been major players in he fast-developing world of Derry’s food culture over the last five years, their pair of Primrose Cafés a by-word for careful excellence and beautifully created cooking. But with the new Primrose Bistro on Strand Street, in the centre of the city, they have moved up several gears, marked by the arrival of local superstar chefs Derek Creagh and Monto Mansour.
