L'OFFICINA BY DUNNE & CRESCENZI
For the fashionistas, there simply couldn’t be a more appropriate place to enjoy stylish couture cooking than Dunne & Crescenzi.Just as Italians obsess about their appearance, they likewise obsess about the style – and the content – of every plate of food. There are Italian culinary rules about how ingredients can be paired, and about the colours used in every dish. Pasta dishes must be twirled into finessed elegance, salads must be gracious and alluring, meat and fish dishes must foreground the principal ingredient, whilst allowing other elements to play their essential supporting role, much as a svelte outfit is offset by a Hermes scarf, or a Birkin bag. Eileen Dunne and Stefano Crescenzi and their team then finish this culinary catwalk by creating elegant, timeless, stylish rooms in which to enjoy their food.
