The Green Door Market
The Green Door Market has always had a unique vibe. It’s the sort of vibe that puts a smile on your face as you stroll around doing the shopping, enquiring about the fish, gathering the vegetables, tasting a sliver of cheese.

These are skilled, imaginative people, the very people who grow the organic vegetables, rear the organic meats, roast the coffee beans, and bake the lovely loaves of sourdough bread. The Green Door gives us a space where food shopping is a cultural as well as a culinary experience, a space where we can chat and enquire, mingle and choose, a space where we can soak up that fabulous ambience, and feel good about what we are doing. There is a true feel-good vibe behind the Green Door.
