EWS Traditional Butchers
Eddie Walsh and his team are raising the butcher bar ever higher. Whilst EWS have always come home from the national butchery competitions with a host of gold and silver medals and a brace of trophies, Keith Walsh has taken success to a new, global, level, winning a gold medal at the International Young Butchers Competition, held in Perth, Western Australia. As if that wasn’t enough, Keith also took the runner-up prize in the Cutting and Cooking Competition. This is an extraordinary achievement for the EWS team, and especially for Keith, whose talents have been shining brightly over the last few years as he has climbed to the pinnacle of the world stage. Mr Walsh is a true Donegal champion, and EWS is a Donegal champion. But now, they are even more than that: EWS are international champions.
