For starters, they source their raw ingredients from the very best west coast artisans – chicken wings made with Friendly Farmer birds; beef and bacon from the finest local suppliers; great drinks – so the BurgerStory story is Slow Food Fast Food, food with a conscience, food with a soul and, above all, food that eats like a sumptuous banquet, whether it’s a Double Damnation burger or the Triple Decker or the bacon cheese fries that you are getting stuck into. Hats off also to the great Americana rock’n’roll soundtrack that sets the raucous mood of this rockin’ Galway destination.
