Waterfall Farm Shop
Waterfall is the sort of shop that makes strangers contact you, out of the blue, saying, “I’ve just been to this amazing farm shop, and you’ve got to see it. It’s amazing!”. Indeed it is: Hannah and Michael have culled all the best stuff that you can think of – Ballymore Farm milk and butter; Kilbeggan oats; Thibault Peigne’s Tartine breads; Hick’s pork; Burke’s farm ice cream; Highbank syrup; their own Leyn Wicklow lamb, to name just a few delights – they have curated them and displayed them decorously, and they have made a shop that is not just amazing, but also almost decadently irresistible.
You don’t just want to buy what is in the Waterfall Farm Shop: you want to buy the lifestyle, the chicness, the discrimination, the savoir faire. Hannah and Michael will soon be famous farmers – they are well on their way, as photos in glossy magazines have already proven – and they will be famous farmers with the most famous farm shop. So, when the call comes through, you must heed it straight away.
