Henry and Stephanie’s modest and impressive restaurant, Sha Roe, proves that what is vital in order to succeed is to sympathetically cook good food that you appreciate and understand, and to sign it with your own signature style. That’s what they do in Sha Roe. Mr Stone likes to riff on favourite ideas – a pork and chorizo burger, or a pheasant and apple burger, or Asian ideas such as noodles with crab or prawns with coconut.
