Salthill's solid sender does it two ways, vis the iconic da Roberta, one of the fave Galway Italian food addresses, and via the almost-next-door Osteria da Roberta, where there is slightly simpler, lighter cooking, but no less energetic and heartfelt.

The format ain't broke - just witness the waiting queues at weekends - so they don't tinker with it, they just get on with making Italian classics and serving them with brio.
