Number One Pery Square

Patricia Coughlan’s boutique hotel has set the standard that every other Limerick hotelier has been chasing, ever since Ms Roberts opened the doors to this most elegant Georgian house.

Piece by piece, she has organically and patiently extended the scope of the hotel, adding in a garden, a wine shop, wine evenings and classes, in addition to the spa and Brasserie One restaurant.

There are some kitchen changes as we write, and we look forward to seeing the new culinary focus in the Brasserie. Ms Coughlan’s achievement in One Pery Square has been only mighty: she is a major figure in Irish food and hospitality.
