Tony Garahy operates one of the most successful box schemes in Ireland, bringing his own and other organic products to a huge network of happy eaters. And he is beloved of restauraturs, who like to feature his deliveries on their menus, none more so than Galway's Kai Café, who create entire plates from whatever has been delivered from Lough Boora.
Everything that comes from this pristine farm is good, but we love, in particular, the beautiful carrots that Tony’s light, sandyish soil brings forth. So if you want to get your hands on them, sign up for the box scheme, or look out for the produce in good shops. Elemental and magnificent.
