If only every national park could offer the quality of food which Michelle Hunter and her team manage at the impossibly beautiful Glenveagh National Park. They are shining examples of taking the ordinary - salads, quiches, tray bakes – and making it special. What they do, they do so well. This is real food, food that shows care and skill, food that is simple and delicious.
The self-service set-up is casual and informal so, before you visit, make sure to have a good walk in the estate while you try to spy an eagle, and build up an appetite for some soulful cooking in the café.
