There is just no stopping the team in EWS. These guys have so much energy, imagination and creativity that you simply don’t know what they are going to create next. Prosecco and strawberry black pudding pork sausages? No problem. Gammon in Coca Cola? In store. Aubrac beef kiev? Come and get it. Guinness and cheddar beef burgers? Ready for your bbq. Their new products are showcased in a special cabinet, which means every visit to the shop promises something new and delicious. And the way things have been going for EWS, it looks like the Walsh family will soon have to build a new store, just to accommodate all the prizes they have been winning at the major Irish and European butchery competitions. In 2016 the team won the All-Ireland sausage and burger championship, and also brought home the European Championship for their pork sausage with cheese and chive. The team in EWS are winners, pure and simple.
