Cork Airport Hotel
The team at Cork’s Airport Hotel, under the guidance of manager Aaron Mansworth, and with chef Moyisi Moudula heading up the kitchen crew, are a driven and dedicate bunch of professionals. They know that airport hotels are frequently seen as mere transit stops, and have set out to win the reputation that their sister hotels, The Metropole and the Cork International, both enjoy. The newest innovation is the Italian-themed restaurant, Olivo, where kids can get the chance to make their own pizzas for dinner, whilst the adults enjoy pappardelle with Italian sausage, or cod with braised fennel, or limoncello posset. Elsewhere there has been serious investment in many other parts of the hotel, but, above all it is the hunger of the team to do their best for their customers that makes the Cork Airport Hotel a serious destination in its own right.
