“A treasure trove of chocolate and sweet things, almost rococco in its over-the-top cluttered style”, writes Claire Goodwillie, a big fan of what Joseph and Laura are doing here in Café Mocha. Lunches are delightful, with good, fresh salads and smart, well-considered hot dishes that just hit the spot. When John and Sally clambered up the stairs at a recent lunchtime, the only problem was actually getting a table, and the place was simply jammers.
Smart Kilkenny people know a good thing when they eat it. Mocha has proven so successful that evening dining started quickly, and it's a lovely space in which to while away the evening.
