Mr Harmon’s filter coffee changes every week, he offers tastings of different filter coffees (8 euro per person, served three ways), and any drink ordered comes with encyclopaedic knowledge of the beans, the roasting techniques, the blending and anything else worth knowing about the coffee you’re about to imbibe.
