Welcome to this special issue of Megabites, which we are sending out to highlight an amazing up-coming event - a Fundraiser for Nepal, brought together by chefs Kevin O'Toole from the Chameleon, Sham Hanifa from The Cottage in Leitrim and Shiva and Lina Gautam from Monty's of Katmandu. The aim is to raise €10,000 for Nepal, and in the meantime, have a very special and memorable evening that brings together three great chefs from different parts of the world, all cooking their version of curry.
We're also publishing our new Podcast, which this issue looks at bean to bar chocolate in Ireland, and reports on a very special chocolate dinner in West Cork.
