In addition we intend guides.ie to be the ultimate food guide where you will be able to search for cookery schools, craft breweries, the best butchers, the hottest distilleries, the defining Irish farmhouse cheeses, and much much more. We feel that with so much happening on the web there has never been a more important time to guide people to the best places in Ireland, and to promote Irish food culture.
