Food Cities

This issue of Megabites focuses on two of Ireland’s most dynamic food cities, Galway and Kilkenny, as we seek to have our cake, and eat it. Both cities are serious food destinations, with great strength in depth to their food cultures: sure, they have superb starry restaurants, but they also have great markets, great coffee, and great casual places. And, then, we take a detour to deepest West Cork, to introduce you to one of the most exciting destinations in the South-West.
